Alleykat from Calgary

I am very greatful for my home and they are alot of great qualities that came along with this home. I did buy my home as a spec so I didn't get to go through to full building experience. What I can say is everyone up front has been amazing to deal with. Then Possession day, the house was really dirty. I found they lack attention to detail in some areas but maybe I'm to picky. Whoever installed my fridge dented both doors. Now this is me picking on all the bad there are some great things as well :) anyways I'm still into the warranty process so we will see what's to come. I can't say it's been horrible but I can't say it's been amazing. I guess we will see where I'm at after my year has been completed and the items have been addressed. Hope this helps.
