They had to come twice to my place as I had to reschedule them first time due to my misunderstanding but these guys were absolute professionals about it and they pleasantly rescheduled it. I have used their services first time after getting recommendations for them from my friend and boy, they absolutely did an EXCELLENT....EXCELLENT job cleaning not only ducts but they also thoroughly cleaned the furnace fan, replaced filters, punched holes in ducts to create room for snake and swiper. Absolutely no hassle. After the job is done, I offered them tip as well but to my surprise they refused the tips, saying that no tips required as they got paid for the job they done. Not sure how else you want to define professionalism. Needless too say, I will avail their services again...
