Jeff was efficient to both diagnose and fix the problem with my hot water tank. He tried first to trouble shoot the problem over the phone before booking a service call. He displayed genuine concern to deal with the problem, as we had no hot water, and worked quickly to solve it. I would highly recommend his company.
