The front door we ordered was more than 2 months late. When the installer removed the old door and frame he left large holes in our interior wall. He refused to fix them because he said that wasn't part of the contract. I complained to George Kent and they sent the same installer back except he didn't show up at all. They never did fix the problems and I ended up having to pay another company to fix the holes in the wall and install and paint the trim.
