The movers gave us one quote, and ended up charging us almost $700 on top of that quote. The move lasted until 3 am, with many smoke breaks. Horrible customer service. Don't hire!

This customer complained that the quote went over the estimated time but failed to mention she did not get the key to her new home and had the men waiting to off load location for hours.
Sorry we don't stop the time while the men are waiting for your keys we don't factor this in the quote which is stated very clearly in the contract.
