I called Sergei a couple hours before his company moved a piano for me from Etobicoke to downtown Toronto. I can't believe how fast they responded. Sergei called me a number of times to efficiently care on with the job. Michael and Victor arrived on time, they were fast, very professional, everyone went the extra mile and overal the price was great. And at the end of the day Sergei called to make sure all had gone well. I sure appreciated this human, respectful way of doing business. I will recommend and use this company many times over.
