Glenn came out on a Friday night and on time just as promised, and on a long weekend. He offered solutions and didnt quit until it was fixed. The unit is older and he took the time to explain the benefits of newer technology, but suggested to move to it when it was time, no pressure tactics. very professional, and courteous. Our family found our HVAC guy.
