Audrey Winter, the company Representative, was very friendly and professional and helpful in determining what the best products were for our home in terms of a high efficiency furnace, purified air system, along with an air conditioner and duct cleaning. We like how thorough she was as she asked us many questions and explained everything we needed to know. She went the extra step to insure we would have the correct dryer vent fittings. The technicians (Sean, Brandon & Nick) were on time, personable, respectful, professionally and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the workings of your new equipment.
