An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My Wife and I, at our current address and at our previous residence, have been customers of Avenue Roofing since 1980. We have always received excellent service, including prompt attention from Ed Standish and his former partner. In August 2012, your company did eaves and fascia work. On Wed Aug 5/15 I spoke to the warranty department as we were having a problem with water overflowing at the opening of the downpipe. Kaz, your service representative attended at our residence on Fri. Aug 7th. He was courteous and efficient, plus provided advise to alleviate the problem in the future. We are please to advise you of the good work and the professional approach of Kas and others that have represented Avenue Road Roofing.
