The upper unit of the apartment building had a water leak, which wetted my bathroom ceiling and part of the wall behind the bathtub tiles. To dry out this section of the wall behind the tiles, the usual practice would require removing the tiles, opening up the wall, and even moving the bathtub, resulting in considerable repair costs. However, Jeff, the boss of JPC Company, devised a clever solution: based on the situation on-site, several holes were drilled at appropriate positions on the untiled wall, then connected to a blower with hoses to dry the wall out. This solution, similar to minimally invasive surgery, significantly reduced repair costs. Mr. Liu from JPC Company not only has excellent repairing skills but also works meticulously and with care, making him trustworthy. Overall, dealing with JPC Company has been a pleasant experience.

We decided to build a new house with Stepper Homes because their show home at Evansview was so beautiful and its floor plan with available options was exactly what we wanted. We had a pleasant experience with Stepper Homes right from beginning of signing contract, through construction, up to house possession and warranty maintenance. We signed the agreement just before the increased price was applied. But the price in the agreement was calculated with the new increased price because their system had been updated with the new price due to the coming statutory holiday. We had no knowledge of the price increased. Maureen, the sales of Stepper Homes, honestly told us what had happened and had the price corrected. Maureen and Ingrid were very patient and knowledgeable to help us choose various options to meet our expectations with a final perfect touch by Cayley whose professional expertise and taste gave us very good impression. During the construction Remi, Construction Supervisor of Stepper Homes, always answered our questions promptly. By the possession day, Remi and his team fixed all the listed issues found in the pre-possession walk through. We believe the house was built in good quality. So far we only found a few small issues. When talking about warranty, the Service on Demand is a very easy and friendly system to report the issues to be fixed. Recently we reported two issues with the Service on Demand. Andrew, Customer Care Supervisor of Stepper Homes, came and fixed the issues, and he also nicely answered all our questions and concerns. All Stepper staff we met are very nicely and helpful. We definitely would like to recommend Stepper Homes to our friends if they want to build new houses.
