Sales and design had no real issues... It's the construction and early inspection issues.. Never had doors in a house need over 5 visits to still on fix properly.. On going issue. Fighting the service team for items that they are responsible for to fix is nothing less then a nightmare. Their construction foreman is truly a tool on his own. Nothing is their fault but yet they built the home.. Foreman man everything seem like not a issue pushing everything off. Service team after sales for pdi and 30day inspection repairs have been here more then 8 visits over 10 weeks! We feel taken advantage off. 10 days off costs avg 2000.00 in work money.. I'll be writing to president of richcraft shortly to see if this displeasure continues in all departments of this builder.. Sale team good job Design team only 5/10 due to a screw up they didn't want to confess to. Construction team I'd have to say complete failure. Owners and VPs I'll have to see what happens..
