I booked these movers well in advance, told them exactly what was to be moved, that I was on a second floor walk-up, and that I'd booked the elevator at my new condo from 1-3. I was quoted $40 per hour, plus one hour travel time. They showed up an hour and a half late, loaded all my belongings, THEN gave me a bill for $375!!!! It was a nightmare & I ended up calling the police. Of course they also cracked a cabinet. When I called to complain about that Ron hung up on me.
