I first met Chris when he performed an inspection on a house that I was renting. I was so impressed that I asked him for a business card because I was also looking for a home to purchase and I knew I would need a good inspector. Exactly one month later I found the perfect home for myself and my son. I immediately called him to ask if he was available to do the inspection on short notice and he was more than happy to oblige. I was very satisfied with the results and decided to buy the home so thank you Chris for making sure we were well taken care of.
