I had to be at work so could not be present for the home inspection; instead my realtor was with Geoff for the inspection. I am pleased with the detailed report accompanied with photos of identified problem spots. I was able to get the seller to do some of the necessary repairs and accept a hold back of some amount to fix the rest. Highly recommended.
