Spiros told me what I didn't want to hear. That in order to be totally dry that I would have to replace a DYI roof that I had done in the Fall. The Skylight that I put in was wrong. He said that all could be left as is but it would probably leak in time. Spiros Made promises that he kept. Did more than he promises and was not pleased until I was Happy. Did a great Job
