Upon phone call to book an appointment, Darren was told how the appointment was going to go, time of appointment, diagnosis and how much the repair was going to cost. Len, our tech, showed up on time and was amazingly professional. Everything that was told would happen, happened. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about the situation and what is going to happen moving forward. Absolutely no hidden fees!! For the first time we can say that we feel better after a trade has left our home!
