Great inspection. Good advice and very professional. Rob came equipped with all the proper tools and was able to point out some very important issues that needed to be addressed. The report was put together in a timely fashion, and was detailed. All in all, a fantastic service. This was my fourth property purchase and this was the best inspection service I've had to date. I will use Rob from now on and recommend him highly.
