After getting 4 quotes, I decided to try one more as Jerry had left a business card at my door. I'm glad I called. Jerry was able to work out a very good price compared to other quotes. Gerry explained all the work to be done, explained how he's committed to excellent craftsmanship and how he builds above code. He's fully insured which is important and he is frequently endorsed by a home inspector. He encourages getting opinions from references which was also important to me. His staff of 5 very polite gentleman showed up promptly and did a great job. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed, and I'm more than happy to recommend this company if you want great value for your money. One of the quotes was $2500.00 above his price which was ridiculous. Thank You Jerry
