Installation was supposed to happen on a Friday and nobody showed up. Monday afternoon around 2:00 PM my wife (who had been waiting all day for the installers) was told they were on the way. They finally showed up at 6:00, so I arrived home from work to discover I couldn't even get into my house because the staircase was wedged in the doorway. The doorbell was destroyed in the process of bringing the stairs inside. After the installation was complete, we were very aggressively asked for money even though all transactions had already been arranged to go through our contractor. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that this was a misunderstanding, but the attitude we got certainly made it feel like a shakedown. The product itself is great, and the only reason the review score isn't lower. Good end result, but terrible experience.
