The hood fan was slapped in and he left. He said yes there is a problem with it and made no attempt to fix it. All it needed was some foam tape. The appointment for a call back for repair was a no show. I ended up removing it and repairing it myself. When I complained and wanted my money refunded for the install I was ignored. Never again. Home Does not care about it's customers. Lowes is better.
