The hood fan was slapped in and he left. He said yes there is a problem with it and made no attempt to fix it. All it needed was some foam tape. The appointment for a call back for repair was a no show. I ended up removing it and repairing it myself. When I complained and wanted my money refunded for the install I was ignored. Never again. Home Does not care about it's customers. Lowes is better.

Very bad services! Contractor is not professional at all, neither responsible nor trustful. Technician cannot do much with a little challenge. He left the job without solution. He pretended to take pictures and send to his co-worker and promised to be back soon. However, he disappeared since then, no response to phone call, to text message, to voice message. He just let it be. Customer was just be ignored. I was suffering for almost two weeks. Finally, I have to cancel this installation service and look for another contractor to solve the problem. A nightmare! I would not recommend this company
and would not use his services anymore.

Guy charged his phone without asking permission which is fine then he broke outlet then left very fast.
Then the technician came to fix has a bad attitude, bad comments towards woman. Not very pleasant experience.
Its my first time purchasing product from home depot and its not a good experience.

Terrible unprofessional technician, pretinding the job requires more parts and need to come second day and charge another service call plus parts. Bargaining about payment before completing the installation. Leaving the workplace very dirty.

VERY BAD, THE GUY USED MY TOWEL TO CLEAN HIS MACHINE AND THE FLOOR OF MY BATHROOM

Didnt arrive between 7 am and Noon, phoned me after I tried to get through to the customer service, said appointment was for 11 am which we were not told and they were running 1 1/2 hrs late. When they arrived no apology, had a bad attitude, when my husband told them not acceptable they told him you are not the only person in the world and promptly left before doing any work, plus gave my husband the finger as they drove off!!! Spoke to quick contractors in Toronto who said had to wait another 5 days for different contractor, when asked what was happening with our complaint they were looking into who was at fault, so we cancelled and got a local installer cheaper and with a much better attitude the next morning. Will never pay or recommend Home Depot installation service using Quick Contractors wish we had read reviews first.

So I need to replace my water heater. I received a call after paying fairly quickly to schedule the appointment. I was scheduled from 7am to 12 pm. The day came by 11 am I called and asked if I was cancelled and was told that they never confirmed my appointmentThey have no record of my appointment. The phone representative was very unhelpful and not cooperative

I had some carpet installed and the 2 installers were so nice professional neat and did an exceptional job I would highly recommend Home Depot

Electrician Jason Goulet was excellent! Great work, on time and efficient. Love that they clean up when they finish

I hired Home depot services to rehab a bathroom in a rental unit we have downstairs. The time line was adhered to, the installers were great and left a clean worksite every day. Well it's not even 5 years later and I'm having to redo the bathroom suround and retile the floor. Neither was installed correctly, surround wasn't stuck to wall very well and started falling off. The tiles weren't stuck to the floor at all and moved around displacing the grout. Great timeline and a clean worksite isn't worth having to redo half the job over in less than 5 years.
