An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We turned to Robin at Fireplacewest.ca when our original gas fireplace was "red tagged". He was the fourth contractor and the first to come up with a plan to fix or replace it. He installed a Napoleon GD36 gas fireplace, new venting (the original problem) and repaired the drywall to paint stage. Robin, Matt and Dan finished in two days, perfectly and within estimate. We would recommend them to anyone.
