We were setting up a new office in Toronto and had some legacy equipment sent to us from Quebec, in French, with no instruction manuals etc. Sunder was patiently able to get us up and running; purchased and installed a large smart TV for our boardroom and ran all the cabling etc. with ease. Most important for me was that he did not speak to me in "IT" language. Would definitely recommend.
