An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Clearview installed our Ruud furnace about four years ago and we noticed it was making a little whining noise. They sent Emmerik who was a very nice young man, he's going to go places! He was able to explain things that we didn't understand, without talking down to us. We would most certainly reccomend Clearview to friends in the future!

Company Response

Thanks for your kind words Tom! Glad to hear Emmerik was able to keep you on the same page, without talking down to you. There's nothing worse than asking a simple question to a contractor whos helping you with a problem, only for them to talk circles around you, or baffle you with tech-speak. We want our customers to be informed! We love it when our customers are able to learn something from our technicians and we always want to make sure you know exactly what we're fixing. We also make sure you've got a firm price - IN WRITING - before we even start. No, we don't do phone quotes (I like to call them guesses. . . unless a tech sees the job, until you have a price in writing, a best guess is all it can be! Expect phone quotes from many companies to rise dramatically by the end of most calls) but we do offer 100% accurate, firm, upfront pricing. Thanks again Tom!
