Our experience with Jumeirah Kitchens was out of this world!! We met the owner in the summer of 2014 and he came to our home the same evening. We gave him our vision and the next day he had it on paper. I was smitten that day. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to proceed as soon as we wanted to. I'm the interim, I shopped around. I never got the same feeling that I got from Jumeirah. End of November I called the owner and he came over that same night again with that reassuring smile and attitude. We made the deal and he started the following week. Not only did he complete the kitchen when promised he assisted all my other contractors with their projects so that we would be happy. I am in the sales and service industry myself and this company knows what they are doing and the quality is superb. Renovations can be scary and you don't know who to trust or where you are going to get screwed. I am so glad I went with my gut here. I suggest you call Jumeirah and then call two other contractors. If you don't sign with Jumeirah, you were never ready for a quality kitchen. Jumeirah..... I love you guys!! All the best in your future
