We recently had a Solar Tube installed into one of our bathrooms. I was definitely nervous about having an extra hole cut in to my newly redone roof but Logan and Jeff were very helpful in guiding me through the all of the measures put in to place to ensure that no leaks would occur. The customer service was very good. Even give the fact that I'm in Calgary and they are based out of Edmonton did not pose and issue. Their local installer, Wade, was very nice and came to the project with a wealth of knowledge, recommendations and experience to make the final project turn out fantastic. So far no leaks. Thanks.

Due to numerous reasons I had to replace my existing roof of only 10 years. Apprehensively I started my search for roofing companies. This is a considerable repair purchase and I would venture to say one of the most important as it protects everything underneath it so I wanted the best. And I got it. Sokol and his crew were amazing. At virtually every step along the way I felt informed about the next step in the process. The actual day of the install was amazing ten guys all showed up and finished the job...that same day (and I don't have a small roof). At the end of the day when our family was home they were very conscientious of cleanliness. They were meticulous about searching for stray nails around the house which was much appreciated by everyone especially our kids and dog. The final true test will be whether the roof will stand the test of time but to that end National Star does have a very good warranty should anything happen. Great crew, great company, highly recommended.
