I bought laminate floor from Hardwood Giant Scarborough location. Shaik is the salesperson who helped me with my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and accomodating. He answered all my questions and recommended nice looking and good quality laminate and underpad. Shaik's customer service during and after sales was outstanding. I returned 2 boxes of excess laminate, he gladly took them and promptly processed my refund.
