I bought my house 2 years ago and I was told the air conditioner and furnace are the original pieces from 20 years ago (when the house was built) so they may die anytime. The air conditioner lasted me two more summers and this year the compressor failed on it. I contacted a few companies but their prices were through the roof compared to what Brian at Mandarin Heating and Cooling was offering me. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical since I found Brian's company on Kijiji but after checking the reviews on HomeStars I was convinced to purchase both the air conditioner and the furnace through them. Brian is a gentleman, a very nice and humble person. He came to my house to look at the work effort that would be required from his team. 2 days later two of his team members came and installed the new equipment. I'm really impressed with Brian and his company not only because of the lowest price for the equipment but also because they did a fantastic job and worked throughout the rainy day outside. I would definitely recommend Brian and his company to others.
