My wife and myself plan to move into our first house soon. Duct cleaning was our last item on the list prior to moving in after a very dusty reno. I asked my wife to look up a bunch of duct cleaning companies and arrange to have our ducts cleaned. She mentioned Paul was by far the most professional and helpful one she contacted and had no reason to call any other company. We arranged to have him do the work today (Saturday). Without asking, the first thing he did was take of his shoes before entering the house. Little things like that can tell you alot about a person. Paul is a very friendly guy and he took his time to explain what he was going to do and showed us the equipment he will be using. We had a feeling early on that we chose the right company to do the work. I also noticed that he keeps the inside of his truck very neat and organized, again tells you alot about the person and their company. He gave us a great price and did some extra work that other companies would have no doubt charged extra for. My sister recently said the duct cleaning company she hired was in and out in half an hour and she was not please one bit. Paul was the complete opposite. He was very thorough and patched all his access holes very nicely and did not seem rushed at all. I was very pleased with the work Paul did and will be passing his information on to my family and friends.
