Meant to send this earlier. I really appreciate this Appointment Confirmation, not only for the date and time, but also the photo of the person coming. And, their background. All are reassuring and comforting. Wow! In contrast, some other companies sometimes send someone out, and not necessarily in a marked vehicle, the person arrives and doesn't necessarily give proper company or self identification.
