I called Appliance Service Experts in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for the same day. Technician showed up on time and called 30 mins before arriving as I had been told when call was scheduled. Technician (Kevin) was knowledgeable, professional and honest. This was very refreshing. Will use Appliance Service Experts again and will refer to anyone in need of service. Thank you again!
