Purchased a spa in July 2008. 2 months later had problems with Magnetic switches (stopped working). Called Dolphine and they said they would fix it. It is now a year and a half later and after at least 50 calls to the dealer and the manufacturer who continually say they will fix it, nothing has been done. They won't return the calls and keep putting me off. The skirt lighting does not work now and some jets stop working when it gets very cold. The after sales service from Dolphine is the worst I have ever encountered. I would advise anyone who is considering buying anything from them to run away as fast as you can.
