Moving is always stressful. All things need to be packed up, moreover cleaning should be done the same day. It is always like nightmare. I would like to tell about my move in cleaning experience. It was a short notice two days in advance. The representative on the phone was polite and friendly, answered all questions I had, she confirmed the maids were bonded and insured and that the company took responsibility for all my belongings. She gave me an estimate confirming the price and time allotted. The price was reasonable. Finally I booked the appointment. The house was empty when the maids arrived, they cleaned all the bathrooms, they did vacuuming, dusting, mopping.... My kitchen is decorated with ceramic tiles. When I moved in it was grease and oil everywhere on the tiles and backsplash, so they handled this job easily, left it brilliantly shine. . I have never thought that my faucets could shine and my tiles could be so clean. They also removed grout from the tile in the bathrooms and paying their attention to built up everywhere. They were fast and did a great job. They had their own supplies so it was very convenient as we even did not have a vacuum cleaner. I am allergic to smelling chemicals so I asked the representative to bring eco-friendly products and she did not forget about my request. We had a team of two maids. One maid came a little later, but the representative called me and letting me know. The house is big. I could hardly manage that job on my own. Their equipment was clean and they wore uniform. I have used different cleaning companies so it is easy to compare their services. Now I use their service regularly. The result met my expectations. I would definitely recommend Golden Maids.
