Upstairs bathroom gut and remodel expect tub
Current toilet was thought to be leaking (not properly secured to the floor) and floor tiles were popping off the floor. Jim came over for a quote. He inspected everything thoroughly and easily identified the problem areas and how to fix them. Since he said the tub was in good shape we went ahead with a gut job of the floors, vanity and toilet with a new coat of paint. Jim was accurate as to how long the job would take and kept me informed daily of the progress being made. Job site was kept clean and safe every night. They didn't rush the job and made sure it was done right. Things were given the right time to dry/set before moving ahead to the next thing. All the way along they were thinking of the longevity of the job. Something I really appreciated . I was home during the day and felt really comfortable with Jim and his crew working on my house. They are real jems and can't say enough good things!
