It was all good until they handed me the keys, I found lots of issues with the home, some are major and some are minor. it is a nightmare when I was trying to deal with their service department. they were polite but always say they would get back to me, when they finally show up, they fixed one thing and created another issue. I'm still fighting with them. wouldn't recommend anyone build homes with this company.
