Consulted with (and subsequently used) Blake from Excel on how to improve temperature balance between upstairs and downstairs. He is very nice to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Attended both appointments (consultation and installation) on time. Called in advance to confirm his arrival time. Did excellent quality work, and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was fair and reasonable. A consummate professional that cares about his job. I would absolutely use Excel again and would highly recommend him to anyone.
