Can't say enough about Chris & his team. They worked over the weekend to make their deadline and did everything they said they would and more. We have renovated 5 homes over the years and have worked with many contractors with so-so luck. Chris was one of the best, if not THE best contractor we have had do work for us. We received 6 quotes and not only did Chris come in at 1/2 of what the others were asking, he was the most knowledgeable and prepared. His contract lays everything out with step-by-step details and products he uses, his contract license # with the city, insurance coverage info and his signature. I'm a skeptical person by nature, usually thinking you get what you pay for, but in this case, I immediately felt comfortable with Chris based on my experience with other contractors and the other companies I entertained higher quotes from because they farm out the work and take their cut off the top. The men worked hard and did everything by hand, so as not to disrupt my neighbour's foundations, covered their dirt piles neatly with tarps to avoid inconveniencing the neighbours, swept up/cleaned up every night and left the job site sparkling. Good honest men and proud to leave a glowing recommendation.
