Our cat is a bit neurotic and when bored, licks its paws until they bleed. We had been away and when we returned my beautiful silk taupe and white rug had numerous blood stains. I thought for sure it would never be the same. I called TRC and a wonderful man (Ben) came, explained he could clean it, the process he would use, and provided amazing customer service. The rug came back looking brand new. I would recommend TRC for all types of rug cleaning.
