Horrible experience!! We hired Luc to renovate and decorate almost half of our new home, and we had nothing but issues. His company is extremely disorganized and poorly run (I had to take it upon myself to do the majority of paperwork as our bills were frequently wrong) Not only that, but the product quality is terrible. We had new flooring put down which is now cracking, and the stain on our hardwood floors is starting to peel off. The problem is that his resolution to these issues is to just send over a "handyman" to "fix" the problems here and there. These handymen don't seem qualified to properly do the job. The flooring that was layed in our front foyer was not laid properly, so the only way to have it fixed is to have it ripped out and redone! (As per a couple of second opinions we had) This company hires contractors who aren't capable of doing the job properly. We also spent a lot of money on furniture, many pieces of which are already starting to break. Multiple pieces of furniture arrived to our house damaged, which resulted in having to either send the items back, or have a "handyman" repair the items! Basically, everything from the organization of the company, to the contractors, and the quality of the product is awful. In hindsight, we wish we had never, ever spent a penny on this company!
