I bought a house back in 2015 and the house was a older house in mid town Toronto. For the first few years no matter how much we cleaned out the basement we would always smell mold. Found Marcel through my next door neighbor. He refereed me to Marcel as he was very pleased with him from using his services a few years before. My roof was leaking for the 3rd time in 3 years so I was looking for someone who really knew what they were doing. I had one company come before Marcel and they told me that I needed to replace the entire flat roof. Marcel came and took a look and said the flat roof was fine and the slope is what needed to be done. I found it incredible how honest he was even after I asked him about the flat room. Very upfront and honest person!
