Owner of Legacy came personally, took me to his current jobs as reference. After which, there'll be quotes and paperwork for documents, along with the owner made sure you're happy with your color choices. Installation dates are accurate, his employees/subcontractor sent to my house were top notch, great manner, highly skilled. Owner showed up on last day of job to quality control. Even peeked out my window and saw the owner paying his guys a paycheque (which is a good thing); not sure if it was related to my job or past jobs, but always good to see the workers get paid.
