Andrea the plumber arrived earlier than requested by about 10 minutes. He surveyed the issue and soon detected the tiny pinhole leak in the upper part of the pipe right at a joint. He cut it out and replaced the area. He then put on two shut-off valves under my bathroom sink. Job well done. Because he is contracted by Reliance, no fee was charged by him but an estimate was given. I was satisfied with his service and he was very thorough in his work.

On or about February 10, 2015, Dean Timpany, a Home Comfort Advisor with Reliance Home Comfort, contacted me to see if we could discuss the condition of my home heating and air conditioning. February 12, 2015, Dean arrived and took a look at my units and all looked good. However, Dean said that they may be operating well but at almost 18 years of use, they may not be the most efficient. After he showed me what the new units looked like and their operating costs, I agreed that mine should be replaced. Dean did not pressure me in any way. Realising the cost of energy going up it was my decision to replace my existing units. The men came in the following day, on time as asked, installed the units and left without a mess for me to clean up. Both units have been in operation since, and are working quieter and more efficiently than before. I would highly recommend Dean Timpany to talk to anyone regarding their heating and cooling needs. He puts the customers best interest first.
