After having used many vendors and being greatly disappointed, meeting Sonu was definitely a very pleasant surprise today. I would highly recommend Sonu appliance repairs to all my family and friends. From the initial call, I was very impressed by his level of professionalism and punctuality. I described the water leakage issue from my fridge, he inquired about the extent of damage and set realistic expectations regarding the time and cost for repairs. He did not charge a service call fee at all, which was very endearing. He showed up exactly within the time-frame he mentioned which was also greatly appreciated. After inspecting the refrigerator damage, he explained everything in depth to me and also repeatedly encouraged me to ask any questions that I may have. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected, however he kept me updated at every step of the way. I was so impressed by his dedication towards the task that I also asked him to take a look at my dryer that had been misbehaving. Sonu inspected the damage and repaired it with no extra cost since he mentioned it was a very simple job and he didn't feel right charging anything extra for it. Another vendor had quoted me $120 for the same repair job for my dryer. All in all, it was a complete pleasure dealing with Sonu today. Not only is he extremely dedicated and results oriented, he has an amazingly friendly and personable personality that helps you feel at ease and confident in the results. It feels great to have someone whom I can trust and hire again in the future without a shred of doubt in my mind.
