UPDATE: Alex finally got back to me yesterday and looks to have resolved the issue. Will continue to monitor and see if the fix will last. Thanks for getting back to him. Alex came out a few times to fix a dryer squeaking sound, after attempting a few fixes (replaced a few parts), the sound still exists and has become louder... Alex did agreed to come back to resolve but have missed two subsequent visits. I haven't not been able to reach him since (unanswered calls, no replies to text or voicemail).
