My large Persian rug and smaller Turkish rug needed cleaning. The Persian rug had suffered from a bad cleaning experience which messed up the pile. Thanks to Ben both rugs are now sparkling clean and showing their true beautiful colours. As well the Persian rug has its softness restored...wonderful. Dealing with Ben and his son is a pleasure-they give that rare thing - true customer service and satisfaction and take pride in their craft.
