Anna's Housekeeping Services is very unsatisfactory in their housekeeping services. Firstly, they failed to communicate all the details involved in using their company, including number of cleaners and cost, therefore, I, as a customer, was very mislead. Secondly, it took 2 cleaners 2 hours to clean only HALF of a small apartment where it often takes only one person to clean a 3 story house in 1 hour. Not only did they only complete HALF the apartment, but the areas that were cleaned were not cleaned properly. Finally, once the housekeepers were "finished" "cleaning" they expected a sum of money which was not previously explained when their services were initially ordered. Anna's Housekeeping Services were highly unsatisfactory and I would not! recommend them by any means.
