I had 10 Hunter Douglas Silhouette Blinds cleaned. The agreement with Cyndi was that once I dropped off the drapes that an inspection would be done. If an repair was needed that Drape Master would call before cleaning would be done. Two visits were required to clean the set of 10. The first set of 7 blinds were cleaned without an issue. The last set, I was told I was given a call regarding a tare that was found in the fabric of one of blinds before the cleaning was done that was never received. When I paid and picked up the last set of blinds their was no mention of the tare. Calling Cyndi she reviewed the telephone call that was never received about the tare. She discussed the tare with the technician and stated I could repair it with fabric tape however it was suggested that I do nothing as it would mar the look of the blind. I was disappointed with the mishandling and lack of responsibility for this error. My wife is livid about this matter.
