Replaced windows and doors at my home
They installed a sliding door in my home that allows water into my home when you was the glass...even the mechanicals on the windows are not even a year old and already rough and not easy to wind open or shut they damaged walls install my upstairs windows and even installed the wrong size of jambs upstairs different from all of the other windows that they installed for me also the installed a screen door that had a rip in it vlad told me he would come back in a month and install a new one and never did this company has to be one of the worst window companies in my opinion

Hello! This is what actually happened with this job. The initial installation was done in the winter, a sliding door and several windows were installed. You didnt have any issues with that installation and even wrote us a good review on Google. The one problem with that job was a scratched mesh on the screen and we agreed to replace the mesh when the second installation would be scheduled. You ordered 4 more windows from us after that first installation. Why would you order more windows from the "worst window company" and hire us for a second job? The second installation was supposed to happen in March, you rescheduled it 3 times until it was finally done in August. On the day of installation or the day after you never advised us of any problems or issues with the windows or installation. You didnt pay us for this job and didnt answer our calls. You advised us of all the issues (even the issues with the first installation done in winter) last week after we repeatedly tried to reach you regarding the payment. You are withholding payment for this job claiming the issues with the door and windows that was a separate project installed months ago.
