Chris was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment with my realtor. The inspection was very thorough, objective, and informative. Since I couldn't attend the inspection, Chris spent time with me over the phone to review the report and provided me with detailed explanations helping me to set priorities in the repairs. I will definitely call Chris again for my next purchase.
