Paul from 'I Find It' home inspections did a great job for us. His inspection uncovered foundation damage that the seller had tried pass off as a simple clogged perimeter drain. This repair alone could have cost 30-40k! He was very thorough, and noted a host of other issues as well. Paul was easy to work with, and took the time to point out and explain his findings as he worked. The report was very professional, and easy to understand. In the end, we had all the info we needed to remove our purchase offer and sleep well knowing we made the right decision.
